Jaime Cruz Hernández, known professionally as Jim James, is an educator, consultant, and entrepreneur whose career has been driven by a passion for education and a commitment to helping institutions achieve excellence. From an early age, he recognized the transformative power of education and its ability to help individuals achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams. In addition to his work in education, Jaime developed an interest in technology, website design, and coding. He successfully published online educational content and created websites to support communication, learning, and institutional development. These experiences inspired him to combine his knowledge of education, compliance, and technology to better serve the educational community. Motivated by his desire to assist educators and educational institutions, Jaime founded his own consulting practice, which later evolved into Education Advice & Counseling, Inc. (EAC). Through this organization, he has dedicated himself to providing guidance, support, and compliance solutions to Postsecondary Institutions, Technical and Vocational Schools, Colleges, and Universities. While completing his college studies, Jaime began providing consulting services to educational institutions, building strong professional relationships and earning the trust of clients through his commitment, expertise, and results-oriented approach. Over the years, he has continued to expand his experience in accreditation, regulatory compliance, institutional effectiveness, administrative capability, and educational management. Today, Jaime serves as President and Executive Director of Education Advice & Counseling, Inc. (EAC), where he oversees strategic planning, business development, consulting services, and organizational growth. His mission remains focused on helping educational institutions achieve compliance, strengthen operations, and promote student success.

Project Manager, Jan Vergara is a dedicated and results-driven professional whose commitment to helping others has made him an invaluable member of the Education Advice & Counseling, Inc. (EAC) team. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to support clients and colleagues alike, Jan has played a key role in fostering relationships with educational institutions throughout Puerto Rico and the United States.

As Project Manager, Jan is responsible for coordinating projects, supporting client initiatives, and ensuring that institutional objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. His exceptional communication skills, approachable personality, and ability to build meaningful professional relationships have contributed significantly to the organization's growing network of clients and partners.

Affectionately known within the organization as "the networker," Jan's ability to connect with people and understand their needs has been instrumental in establishing strong and lasting relationships. His professional journey began with aspirations of becoming an actor, but his passion for design and technology ultimately led him to pursue a successful career in web design and development.

Combining creativity with technical expertise, JJ has contributed to the development of digital solutions, website design, and business operations that support the organization's mission and growth. His ability to think creatively while maintaining a practical and results-oriented approach has made him a valuable member of the leadership team.

As Vice President of Accounts, JJ oversees key administrative and business functions, helping ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support. As Vice President of Marketing, Omar plays a key role in shaping the organization's marketing strategies, brand development, and digital presence. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Omar has a strong appreciation for arts and crafts, fine Italian wines, and creative expression. In his free time, he enjoys practicing yoga, photography, and capturing memorable moments with his beloved dog, JLO.
